• For Section 16 applications: assisting with club membership applications and dedicated status applications
• Providing guidance on required documentation

We do not:

• Submit firearm licence applications to SAPS on your behalf
• Provide legal advice or legal representation
• Guarantee approval of your firearm licence application
• Act as intermediaries with SAPS or other authorities

By using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information
• Submit all required documents in legible format within reasonable timeframes
• Respond promptly to requests for clarification or additional information
• Review the completed motivation letter and notify us of any factual errors before submission to SAPS
• Submit your complete application to SAPS yourself or through your chosen representative
• Understand that you are solely responsible for the accuracy of information provided

Standard Delivery: We will complete your motivation letter within 14 business days after all required documents are received and confirmed as legible.

Timeline Commencement: The 14-day period begins only when we have received all necessary documents in acceptable quality. If documents are illegible or incomplete, you will be notified and the timeline will restart upon receipt of corrected documents.

Expedited Service: Faster turnaround may be possible in some cases but cannot be guaranteed. Additional fees may apply for expedited service.

Delivery: Completed motivation letters are delivered via PostNet to your nearest location unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon.

Payment is required after the introductory consultation and before dashboard access is granted. Payment confirms your acceptance of these Terms of Service.

Section 16 Service Fee: For Section 16 applications, the service fee includes club membership application assistance, dedicated status application assistance, first year club membership, and motivation letter preparation.

As a good-faith commitment to quality, we offer complimentary rewrites for the same licence type under the following conditions:

• SAPS refusal is specifically and explicitly due to deficiencies in the motivation letter itself
• All information you provided was accurate, truthful, and complete
• You followed all guidance provided regarding supporting documentation
• The refusal was not due to factors outside the motivation letter (e.g., criminal record, competency issues, insufficient supporting evidence)

This commitment does not apply if:

• You provided inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information
• You failed to submit required supporting documentation to SAPS
• The refusal was based on factors unrelated to the motivation letter content
• You modified the motivation letter before submission

MyMotivation.site prepares motivation letters based on information you provide. We cannot and do not guarantee that your firearm licence application will be approved by SAPS or any other authority.

Application outcomes depend on multiple factors including but not limited to: the accuracy of your information, the strength of your supporting evidence, your personal circumstances, SAPS assessment procedures, and compliance with all legal requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, MyMotivation.site shall not be liable for:

• Rejection or refusal of your firearm licence application
• Delays in SAPS processing of your application
• Consequences arising from inaccurate information you provided
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

We treat your personal information and documents with strict confidentiality. Information is used solely for preparing your motivation letter and is not shared with third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

The motivation letter we prepare for you is for your personal use in your firearm licence application. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use the letter for any other purpose without our written consent.

Either party may terminate the service agreement before work commences. Once work has begun, termination may result in retention of fees proportional to work completed. See our Refund Policy for details.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate the agreement if:

• You provide false or misleading information
• You fail to provide required documents within reasonable timeframes
• You engage in abusive or threatening behavior toward our staff
• We determine we cannot ethically or legally assist with your application
